Blogger Guide
This guide explains what it means to be a blogger on IBZIM and how to apply.
An IBZIM blogger works remotely as part of the IBZIM content team and is paid for producing high-quality written content. Bloggers are considered part of the wider IBZIM operation, even though most of the work is done online.
Eligibility
To apply as a blogger, your account must already be trusted within the IBZIM ecosystem. This means you must have reached Ambassador rank.
Bloggers are also required to be based in Harare, as there may be occasional in-person training sessions or meetings at the IBZIM office.
Responsibilities
As a blogger, your main responsibility is to create useful, accurate, and well-written content. This includes articles, guides, and explainers that help users better understand Zimbabwe-related topics.
Content quality matters more than volume, and all submissions are expected to follow IBZIM’s editorial standards.
Payments and Benefits
Bloggers are paid monthly salaries, with amounts based on both the quantity and quality of content produced. Consistently strong contributors are rewarded more over time.
In addition to payments, bloggers also receive free access to selected premium IBZIM services and products.
How to Apply
To apply, contact the IBZIM team through the IBZIM Support Page .
Include your IBZIM username and a short explanation of why you want to become a blogger.
Legal and Payment Disclaimer
Becoming an IBZIM blogger does not automatically create an employment contract unless explicitly agreed to in writing. Blogger payments are performance-based and may vary from month to month depending on content quality, consistency, and editorial needs.
IBZIM reserves the right to withhold or delay payments in cases of suspected fraud, plagiarism, use of AI-generated content, or violation of IBZIM policies.
Failure to maintain required rank, location eligibility, or content standards may result in removal from the blogger program.
